Vicky Lee is a New York City-based filmmaker.
Her work reflects on the nuances of life and brings awareness to the overlooked, forgotten, raw forms of the everyday. Her work also touches on how memories intertwine with culture and identity.
Vicky's films have been screened at Tribeca Film Festival, DOC NYC, and Asian American International Film Festival. She has worked on Emmy award-winning projects, and documentaries that have premiered at SXSW, Tribeca Film Festival, and PBS.
Most recently, she produced a food and travel series, SPICE ROAD, now streaming on PBS Food.
She is currently an associate producer at Ken Burns' production company, Florentine Films.
Vicky has a passion for digitial preservation and you can find her most days going through family mementos and archiving them.
